Reliability and Validity of Oral Reading Fluency Median and Mean Scores Among Middle Grade Readers When Using Equated Texts


This study focuses on the reliability and validity of two oral reading fluency scores: median score and mean score for middle school students. Findings support either the median or mean score for oral reading fluency assessments for middle school readers.
